Three ways to work with me, depending on where your project is. In all of them you know the scope, the timeline and the price before we start.
Rescue and go-live
- Who it is for
- You have a half-finished project, inherited from another developer, or one that runs locally but never made it to production.

- An audit of what the code and the infrastructure actually look like
- A prioritised action plan — what gets fixed and what gets left alone
- Go-live in production (domain, certificates, backups)

It’s the lowest-risk way to start: within a week you know what you really have, even if you then decide not to continue with me.
Custom web application development
- Who it is for
- You have an idea, or an internal process that needs to become software, and no technical team of your own.
- What's included
- Problem analysis and solution architecture
- Development (React + Node/NestJS + PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
- Deployment with Docker, domain and certificates
- Basic monitoring, alerts and handover documentation

- 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope
I work in partial deliveries: you see the application running long before it is finished, and the scope can be corrected along the way.
Infrastructure and deployment for small teams
- Who it is for
- You have developers, but nobody looking after the infrastructure.
- What's included
- Dockerising the services you already have
- CI/CD so that deploying stops being an event
- Reverse proxy, domains and automatic certificates
- Monitoring, alerts and a backup strategy

The goal isn’t for you to depend on me: when it’s done, anyone on your team should be able to deploy by reading the documentation.

- A closed proposal within 48 hours: scope, timeline and price, in writing.
- Development with partial deliveries. You see progress from day one.
- Delivery, handover and documentation. You end up with a system someone else can maintain.
